Hello, I'm Alessia.

I believe that meaningful change happens at the intersection of deep empathy, strategic thinking, and technical reality.

The Person Behind the Process.

I’m a researcher fueled by empathy and a service designer fascinated by systems, constantly looking for ways to humanize complex societal challenges.

I don’t fit neatly into one exact box, and I see that as my greatest strength: I bridge the gap between human needs, business strategy, and technical feasibility. Throw me into a complex ecosystem? I’ll map it. Need to align stakeholders around a shared vision? I’m on it. I make sure we don't just build things, but that we build the right things.

I believe true impact lives at the intersection of qualitative empathy and quantitative data. Every touchpoint in a user's journey should serve a purpose, every process should feel natural, and every strategic decision must be backed by real, validated user insight.

The Energy.

I thrive on connection and collaboration. Breaking down systemic complexity is my specialty, but my real passion is bringing diverse teams together so that every perspective is heard.

Whether I'm translating a technical constraint from engineering or pitching a service blueprint to stakeholders, I bring clarity and enthusiasm. I believe solving complex social problems requires alignment, accessibility, and positive energy, and I bring that to every team I join.
